Three little words

As I learnt so much on Tuesday I decided to take on another micro-brief, 'Three little words'. I decided to use my latest knowledge on illustrator to draw out my text as oppose to using an existing font. This would make my text more meaningful.

I choose to focus these three words around everything thats happening at the moment within our world and how we need to "keep on smiling" to get through it all despite losing the will to live most days (being stuck at home). I think the use of my own font would compliment these words as it suggests how we need to find alternative ways of doing things because of covid. This idea would also make this statement more human.

I came to the decision that I wanted to lay the text out in the style of a smiley face as it fits my theme. Here, I have experimented with different layouts and which would be the most effective. I think the letter O in 'on' works well as it looks as though it is an eye, emphasising the smiley face.
